The system will select the OS automatically. 1.5” folder and double click the setup.exe file. When you initially install the driver make sure the GTXpro (GTX-423) printer is not plugged into the PC. Unplug the USB cable from the printer to the PC and check to make sure there are no documents stuck in the printer queue.
